Troubleshooting Your TV

Troubleshooting Tips

NOTE: Some problems may be related to your device. See the documentation for any devices connected
to your TV.
Most problems with your TV may be caused by not having the correct input selection. Each
connector on the TV (left and bottom) is associated with an input selection, which are labeled
AV1
through
AV SIDE
in the
Input Select
menu.
AV1 (Composite 1)
— Composite connector on the bottom of the TV
AV2 (Composite 2)
— Composite connector on the bottom of the TV
AV1 (S-Video 1)
— S-Video connector on the bottom of the TV
AV2 (S-Video 2)
— S-Video connector on the bottom of the TV
AV3 (Component 1)
— Component connector on the bottom of the TV
AV4 (Component 2)
— Component connector on the bottom of the TV
AV SIDE (Composite 3)
— Composite connector on the left of the TV
AV SIDE (S-Video 3)
— S-Video connector on the left of the TV
You can also select the following input:
TV ANALOG
— NTSC connector on the bottom of the TV
TV DIGITAL
— HDTV connector on the bottom of the TV
VGA
— VGA connector on the bottom of the TV
HDMI 1 and HDMI 2
— HDMI connectors on the bottom of the TV
