OVEN TEMPERATURE SELECTION AND REGULATION

"" (Celsius degrees) symbol

When the symbol is flashing the oven is preheating.

When the symbol is permanently lit the oven is at temperature.

Cooking temperature

All cooking functions start to operate with a pre-set temperature which can be modified, at any time, by turning the digital control knob to the right (+) for increasing or to the left (–) for decreasing.

Temperature regulation

By rotating the knob to the right (+) the oven temperature increases.

By rotating the knob to the left (–) the oven temperature decreases.
