Cocción con grill (Broil)

Introduzca la parrilla plana (G) en la guía superior y la grasera (H) sobre la resistencia inferior (consulte la figura de al lado).

Le aconsejamos, echar 2 vasos de agua en la grasera para evitar humo y malos olores debidos a la grasa que se quema y para facili- tar la limpieza.

Gire el mando del selector de funciones (D) hasta la posición BROIL.

Caliente el horno durante 5 minutos.

Introduzca el alimento en el horno.

Cierre la puerta.

Gire el mando del timer (B) hasta la posición “ON”.

Al final de la cocción, sitúe de nuevo manualmente el mando del timer (B) en la posición “OFF”.

Cocción contemporánea en dos niveles con horno ventilado (*)

La cocción del horno ventilado permite cocer contemporáneamente ali- mentos, incluso distintos, situados en 2 niveles.

El calor emitido por las 2 resistencias, es distribuido en el interior del horno mediante el aire puesto en circulación forzada por el ventilador. De esta forma, el calor alcanza uniforme y rápidamente cada parte del horno; el aire en la cavidad resulta muy seco, impidiendo que se mezclen olores y sabores.

Cuando quiera cocer dos platos al mismo tiempo, solamente debe tener en consideración estas sencillas reglas generales.

1.Los tiempos de cocción de las recetas cocidas contemporáneamen- te son mayores respecto a los tiempos de las cocciones individua- les.

2.En mitad de la cocción, invierta entre ellas las 2 graseras, ponien- do la superior sobre la parrilla inferior y viceversa.

Además, debe girar las graseras media vuelta.

Nota: las parrillas deben estar colocadas según las indicaciones de la figura de al lado.
