Target group

zNever drive through automatic car washes when the roof air condition- er is mounted.

zPlease ask your vehicle manufacturer if a technical inspection is re- quired after fitting an air conditioner and whether the height entered in your vehicule documents needs to be altered (increased height 199 mm).

zIf faults occur in the system's refrigerant circuit, the system must be checked by a specialist company and properly repaired. The refriger- ant must never be released into the air.

2.2Handling electrical cables

zUse cable ducts to lay cables through walls with sharp edges.

zDo not lay loose or bent cables next to electrically conductive materi- als (metal).

zDo not pull on the cables.

zAttach and lay the cables in such a manner that they cannot be tripped over or damaged.

zThe electrical power supply may only be connected by a qualified electrician (e.g. VDE 0100, Part 721 in Germany).

zFit a fuse of at least 16 amps to the connection with the vehicle's pow- er supply.

3 Target group

The instructions in this manual are intended for qualified personnel at workshops who are familiar with the guidelines and safety precautions to be applied.
