Installing an Option Card

Your computer has four standard option slots: three 16-bit slots and one 8-bit slot. Each slot can accommodate an option card. You can buy option cards from authorized Epson dealers as well as other vendors.

This section explains how to install option cards in your computer. If you need to remove an option card later (to access jumpers, memory modules, or a math coprocessor), see “Removing an Option Card” on page 5-16 for instructions.
