3.Lift the box up and away from the printer. Remove all the items from the hollow (A and B) on the rear side of the printer.

Note:

The ink cartridges included with your printer are primarily for initial setup.

4.Remove the polystyrene foam stoppers under the printer.

5.Remove the protective materials:

❏from the front cover (tape).

❏from the ink compartment cover (tape).

❏from the maintenance tank (tape).

❏from the side of the print head compartment (screw and metal plate inside the front cover).

Note:

Do not re-install the screw. Store it separately to avoid losing it.
