Loading Paper

CAUTION: If the envelope lever is in the envelope position when you are using single sheets, the printer does not load paper or print properly.

17.Press MANUAL FEED to raise the pressure bar in the paper tray and hold the paper or envelopes securely in place. The MANUAL FEED light goes off. Then press ON LINE to set the printer on line. The ON LINE light goes on.

CAUTION:

•When you print documents, periodically remove the printed pages in the output tray. If there are too many pages in the output tray, a paper jam may result.

•When you print graphics on A3 or 11 x l7-inch (ledger or B) size paper, remove each printed page from the output tray before the printer finishes printing the next

page.
