Loading Paper to Print a Self Test

Now that you’ve assembled, set up, and plugged in your printer, you’re probably anxious to see it print. Follow the instructions below to load standard letter size paper to print the self test. Chapter 3 describes how to load 11 x 17-inch (ledger or B) size and other different paper sizes.

Note: You do not need to connect the printer to your computer to run the self test.

1.Make sure the printer is off line. If not, press ON LINE to set the printer off line.
