Connecting the Printer to Your Computer

Connecting the Parallel Interface

To use the printer’s standard parallel interface, connect a shielded parallel interface cable as described below.

1.Make sure that both your computer and printer are turned off.

2.Plug the cable connector securely into the parallel connector of the printer.
