28. Problems You Can Solve

This chapter lists some simple things you should check before calling for service personnel. This could save the cost of unnecessary service.

To unlock the phone

If you have fo gotten your security code

Contact your ealer. The only way to unlock the phone is through using your security code. Be aware that it, for security reasons, may take some time to solve the problem.
