–Local installation with or without ServerView Installation Manager

Local installation is the least convenient method. It is only recommended if the requirements for remote installation and cloning are not met.

If you want to install an operating system that is not supported by ServerView Installation Manager, you can of course install it directly without ServerView Installation Manager.

IFor more information about installing the server remotely or locally, please refer to the "ServerView Suite Installation Manager" user guide. You can find a description of how to clone server blades in the ServerView Deployment Manager user guide (on ServerView Suite DVD 2 under Industry Standard Servers - Software - ServerView Suite - Server Installation and Deployment).
