6 PREPARING TX CALLS

6.Using the numeric keys, enter latitude and longitude of reference point and southerly degrees and easterly degrees of area. To change coordinate, choose it and press the

[1]key for North or East; [2] key for South or West. After entering data, push the [ENTER] knob.

7.Push the [ENTER] knob to open the COM. TYPE menu.

11.Push the [ENTER] knob to open the DSC FREQ menu.

12.Rotate the [ENTER] knob to choose appropriate DSC band and then push the [ENTER] knob. Choose appropriate DSC frequency and then push the [ENTER] knob.
