4.Conditions Which Display the Alarm for WT and

CPA/TCPA

•When both VHW and VBW are input, priority is VBW>VHW.

•When only VHW is received, status is as below.

•When only VBW is received, status is as below.

•When neither VHW or VBW is input, log error is displayed.

STW selected on menu

When data sentence VHW is present, and set, drift and VTG are on or off:

	VHW	Set, Drift	VTG	Mode to be selected	AIS alarm display
STW displayed	ON	ON	OFF	BT		CPA/TCPA

Notes
1.		Because drift is ON.
2.		Because of error (no VTG data).

3.STW shown in red. BT is selected because set and drift is input even though setting is STW.

4.SOG shown in red. SOG is selected, however only VHW is input, therefore SOG cannot be displayed.

5.LOG error. Neither VHW or VBW are input.
