Cleaning of

the Washer

Lid: Wash with a damp cloth on the outside and inside and dry with a soft cloth.

Wash Basket: Leave the lid open after washing to allow moisture to evaporate. If you want to clean the basket, use a clean soft cloth dampened with liquid detergent; then rinse. (Do not use harsh or gritty cleaners.)

Fill Hoses: Hoses connecting washer to faucet should be replaced every 5 years.

Exterior: Immediately wipe off any spills. Wipe with damp cloth. Do not touch the surface or the Touch Screen with sharp objects.

Moving and Storage: Ask the service technician to remove water from drain pump and hoses. For more information, visit

Long Vacations: Be sure water supply is shut off at faucets. Drain all water from hoses if weather will be below freezing.

Dispenser Drawers: Detergent and fabric softener may build up in the dispenser drawer. Residue should be removed once or twice a month.

1Remove the drawer by pulling it straight out until it stops. Lift up on the front of the drawer and pull it out.

2Remove the inserts from the 3 compartments; rinse the inserts and the drawer with warm water to remove traces of accumulated laundry products.

3To clean the drawer opening, use a small, non-metal brush to clean the recess. Remove all residue from the upper and lower parts of the recess.

4Return the inserts to the proper compartments and replace the drawer.
