NOTE: The clock must be set before the contro~sfor the lower oven will work.

Whenpoweris first connectedto yourcookingcenter or after a powerfailureof any kind,the digitqldisplay on boththe microwaveand loweroven controlpanels showslighted8’sand 18’splus all ovenfunctionsfor about 15 seconds.

Then,all lightsgo off and “RESET’appearsin the upperdisplay,and “PF’ (for PowerFailure)appearsin the lowerovendisplay.

Press the CLEAWOFFpad on the microwavecontrol paneland the microwaveoven is readyto use.

Before using the lower oven,the electronic digital clock must be set.

How to Set the Clock

Quick Set-Clock

1.Press the CLOCKpad,

2.Press the INCREASEor DECREASEpad to enterthe time.

3.Press the STARTpad.

Youmayprogramthe timerfor timecookingor otherhouseholdactivitiesfor up to 11hoursand 59 minutes.

How to Set the Timer

3.Pressthe STARTpad. Thisentersthe time and startsthe clock.

The timercountsdown in minutes,1minuteat a time, untilthe last minuteis reached.The secondswill not be displayeduntilthe last minuteis reached. Whenthe timerreaches“ :0,” “TIMER”flashesin the display,

otimer is countingdown,although the displaydoesnot changeuntil 1 minutehas passed.

4.Whentimeis up, the oven controlsignalsuntilyou press the TIMERON/OFFpad. Displaythen shows the timeof day.

NOTE: The minutetimeris independentof all the otherfunctionsand it doesnot controlthe oven. The CLEAWOFFpad doesnot affectthe timer.
