Using the Title List menu
The DVD+RW Title List menu is where you view, edit,
protect, delete, and make other changes to the content
of the disc. You can also play individual titles directly
from the Title List menu. The recorder must be stopped
in order to edit using the Title List menu.

Press DISC MENU/LIST to display the Title List
menu.
•Use the v/ Vbuttons to display the previous/
next page if there are more than 6 titles.
•To exit the Title List menu, press RETURN (O).

To view Title List options, select the title you
want then press ENTER.
The Title List options appear on the left side of the
menu.

Use v/ Vto select an option then press ENTER
to confirm.
Play: Starts playback of the
selected title (except any hid-
den chapters).
Full Play: Starts playback of
the selected title (including any
hidden chapters).
View Chap: Moves to the
Chapter List menu; refer to right
column on this page.
Delete: Deletes the title; see
page 53.
Protect: Prevents accidental
recording, editing or deleting of
the title; see page 55.
Edit: Selects Edit options.
•Rename: Edits the title name;
see page 54.
•Divide: Divides one title into
two titles; see page 56.
•Hide (Show): Hides (or
Shows) all chapters within the
title; see page 56.
Copy to VCR: Copies the title to
a VHS tape.

Press DISPLAYto display more detailed information for
the selected title.
Caution
If you press REC (zz) when the Title List menu is
displayed, the selected title will be erased (overwrit-
ten) when the recording starts; see page 57 for
more details.
