A.Push the harness adjustment button
underthe seat flap. Pull the shoulder
strapsout to loosen the harness .
B.From behind seat, pull the metal
junctionplate down behind the ownerÊ s
manualpocket and remove the ends of
the twoshoulder straps from the metal
junctionplate .
C.From front, pull straps through the
harness slotsand then reinser t them
throughthe appropriateslots. Both
harness straps must be throughthe
sameset of slotsin the seat and pad.
D.From behind seat, push both shoulder
strapsUNDER ownerÊ s manual pocket
andout the bottom .
E.Depending on the size of your child, you
mayneed to adjust the harness straps or
waiststraps as shown on pages 23-24.
Reassemblethe strap ends onto the metal
junctionplate . Youwill be able to use
variouscombinations of shoulder strap
loopsand waist strap loops to get a snug
fitfor your child.
5. SAFETY CHECK:
a) CHECK thatstraps are not twisted in front or back;
b) CHECK thatstraps are secure by pulling on harness
strapsfrom the front of the seat.
