6.3 LATCHLocations
Newervehicles may have one or more seating positionswith LATCH
anchoragesystems. If vehicle is equipped with LATCH, the vehicle lower
anchorpoints may be visible at the vehicle seat crease. If notvisible, they
maybe marked with the symbol .

Whenusing the LATCHsystemÊ s lower anchorage belt to secure the
childrestraint, buckle the unused vehicleÊ s lap/shoulderbelt behind
thechild restraintto prevent the child from becoming entangled in the
lap/shoulderbelt.
