To Attach The V-Belt:

1.Turn the Height Handle counterclockwise until it stops. (See Figure B, and Assy. Diagram G.)

2.Slip the V-Belt (part #40-I) onto the Pulley (41-I) inside the Base (part #1G). (See Figure P, and Assy. Diagram I.)
