Troubleshooting Guide

Trouble 3

The Compressor/Outdoor Fan don't operate

Turn on the main power.

Operate Cooling Mode by setting the disired temperature of the remote controller to less than one of the Indoor temperature by 1°C(33.8°F) at least.

When in air circulation mode, compressor/outdoor fan is stopped.

Check that the sensor for Indoor temperature is attatched and as close as to the Heat Exchanger (Evaporator.)

When the sensor circuit for Indoor temperature and connector have a bad connection or are not engaged, Compressor/Outdoor fan is stopped.

• Check the related circuit of R01H(1K), R02H(1K), R03H(1K), R04H(1K), Micom(pin No. 74 , 75 , 76 , 77 ).

• Check that the Indoor temperature sensor is disconnected (about 10K at 25°C(77°F)).

Check the Relay(RY-PWR, RY-START) for driving Compressor.

Check the voltage between brown and blue cable of terminal which connects to the Outdoor unit (About AC208V / 230V).

Check the Outdoor PCB Assembly's relay circuit.
