Domain
If your service provider requires you to specify a domain when you log on (for example, when connecting to a Windows® NT® network), select the Network Domain check box, and then type the domain name in the box.
Internet Service Provider (ISP)
If your ISP is listed, select it from the Service Provider list, and then select your country, state, and city to ensure you get the local dialup number for your ISP.
When you select an ISP from the list, the country code, area code, and telephone number fields are automatically filled in. If you need to make any changes, you can edit the numbers in the box where they appear
If you are connecting to a corporate network or if your ISP is not listed, select (Not in the list), and then enter the country code, area code, and telephone number for your service provider directly into the boxes provided.
