Other configurations
There are many other possible split mirror configurations that provide some particular advantage or fulfill a specific user need. However, each configuration has its specific behavioral pattern that imposes specific requirements on the control functions in order to guarantee backup and recovery. It is important to control and specify which configurations are supported.
