printer is not printing
Verify the following:
•The printer is connected to the power source.
•The cable connections are secure.
•The printer is turned on.
•The media is correctly placed in the paper tray.
•The printer’s top cover is closed.
•The duplexer or Rear Access Door is attached.
•If the Power light is blinking, the printer is in the process of printing.
•If the Resume light is blinking, press the Resume button.
Select the topic that best describes the problem:
•ink cartridge needs to be replaced
•printheads need to be replaced
•paper problems
•ink delivery system not working
•USB problems
If none of the above solves the problem, then uninstall and reinstall the printer software.
