printhead alignment

Follow these steps if any of the bars on the Diagnostic Page are not aligned:

1.Load clean, white plain paper in the paper tray.

Using paper with printing on either side will undermine the calibration process.

2.Open the Toolbox.

3.Click Calibrate the Printer.

Follow the onscreen instructions to align the printheads.

4.Reprint the Diagnostic Page.

If the alignment is not corrected, calibrate the printer again. If the problem continues, call HP Services and Support.
