If your software program includes a label-printing feature, follow the instructions provided with the software program.

1.Open the Printer Properties dialog box, then select the following settings:

Setup	• Paper Type: Automatic, or the appropriate paper type
	• Paper Size: Choose A4 or Letter (8.5 x 11 in)
	• Orientation: Appropriate orientation
Features	• Two-Sided Printing: Unchecked

2.Select any other desired print settings.

3.After you have selected the print settings, click OK. For basic printing instructions, see printing a document.
