About Recording Errors

A recording error means that a program scheduled to record is not recorded. This can occur for several reasons. If your PC is turned off and not in standby mode during the time the program is scheduled to record, or if there is a recording conflict with

another scheduled program, a recording error occurs. If you are watching live TV when the program is scheduled to record and decline the prompt to change channels, a recording error occurs.
