2.Remove the memory/Mini Card module compartment cover (Section 5.7).

3.Before disconnecting the wireless antenna cables, make note of which cable is attached to which antenna clip on the Mini Card module, then disconnect the auxiliary and main wireless antenna cables 1 from the Mini Card module.

✎The wireless antenna cables are available in the Wireless Antenna Transceiver and Cable Kit, spare part number 409931-001.

4.Remove the two Phillips PM2.0×4.0 screws 2 that secure the Mini Card to the computer.

5.Remove the Mini Card module 3 by pulling the card away from the socket at an angle.

✎Mini Card modules are designed with notches 4 to prevent incorrect installation.

Removing a Mini Card Module

Reverse the above procedure to install a Mini Card module.
