HP Serviceguard Extension for RAC (SGeRAC) amplifies the availability and simplifies the management of Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC). SGeRAC allows you to integrate Oracle RAC into a Serviceguard cluster while also easily managing the dependency between Oracle Clusterware and Oracle RAC with a full range of storage management options.

Built on the functionality of HP Serviceguard, SGeRAC uses a networked group of HP Integrity servers to create highly available clusters that support Oracle RAC. Integrated tightly, these two products provide the best features of HP enterprise clusters and Oracle relational database servers.
