Virtual Servers page

Use the Virtual Servers page (Firewall > Virtual Servers) to view and configure Virtual Servers. You can complete the following tasks from this page:

View a list of existing virtual servers

Create a virtual server

Edit/Delete an existing server

Virtual Servers Summary Information

The Virtual Servers page displays and provides the following information about existing Virtual Servers:

Service

The name of the Service running on the server.

 

 

Public IP

The IP address for users to access the Service, that is, the Virtual Server IP

 

address.

 

 

Local IP

The IP address of the server on the LAN to which the Virtual Server is

 

redirecting traffic. Through one-to-one NAT or PAT, accesses to the public IP

 

addresses are changed to accesses to the Local IP address/Port.

 

 

Local Port

The port number on which the LAN server is running the Service. Only used if

 

Port Address Translation (PAT) is enabled. For details, see “Virtual Servers

 

Configuration Parameters” on page 84.

 

 

Function(s)

The functions available for the existing Virtual Servers:

 

• Edit a the configuration for a Virtual Server. (Click the linked Virtual Server

 

name to edit the schedule).

 

• Delete a Virtual Server.
