Troubleshooting

If you encounter any problems with your Pocket PC Phone, consult the following Trouble Guide. If you are still having problems after reviewing these, contact Technical Support or your dealer.

Operating Problems

Problem			Solution
n My Pocket PC Phone keeps		Your Pocket PC Phone is designed by default to turn itself
turning itself off.		off if not used for 3 minutes. This period can be set up to
		5 minutes. Check the auto-off function on the Advanced
		tab on Power setting in Chapter 5.
