Beginning with VM/ESA 2.4.0, Tivoli ADSM for VM 3.1.2 is a pre-installed, optionally installable product on the VM/ESA System DDR in a disabled state. Most of the install steps have already been completed. This includes installing the ADSM base tape and RSU tape. You will still need to complete some new planning steps and the place into production steps; as documented in chapter 6.0, “Installation Instructions” on page 13.
