￿Identify methodology for integration

￿Identify scripting or manual data migration approach from identified data sources

￿Create a solution architecture diagram

Phase 3: Deployment

Roles Involved: Project Manager, Solution Architect, Maximo Developers

Optional Roles: DBA, Application Server Specialist (depending on environment)

Key Activities:

This phase consists of the following activities:

￿Software Installation

–Install the various components if doing a Manual install

–Run the launchapd for an automated install

–Test if the installation is successful

The software installation will be different for various deployment topologies - single server, multi-server, clustered environment. It will also depend on what infrastructure is selected.

￿Software Configuration

–Basic operation configuration which includes, but is not limited to:

•Creation of organization

•Creation of locations

•Creation of GL Codes
