1 Speaker/channel indicators (87)			7 Headphone indicator (80)

Indicate the speaker configuration and channels used by the current input source.

– : A box is displayed for each speaker that’s set in the Speaker Configuration. No box appears for speakers that are set to No or None.

The following abbreviations indicate which audio channels are included in the current input signal.

–FL: Front left

–C: Center

–FR: Front right

–SL: Surround left

–LFE: Subwoofer (Low Frequency Effects)

–SR: Surround right

–SBL: Surround back left

–SB: Surround back

–SBR: Surround back right

2ZONE 2 indicator (115)

Lights up when Powered Zone 2 is being used.

3Listening mode and format indicators (82)

Show the selected listening mode and audio input signal format.

4Tuning indicators (61)

RDS (not North American model) (63):

Lights up when tuned to a radio station that supports RDS (Radio Data System).

AUTO (61): Lights up when Auto Tuning mode is selected for AM or FM radio. Goes off when Man- ual Tuning mode is selected.

TUNED (61): Lights up when tuned to a radio sta- tion.

FM STEREO (61): Lights up when tuned to a ste- reo FM station.

5SLEEP indicator (80)

Lights up when the Sleep function has been set.

6Audyssey indicator (53)

Lights up during automatic speaker setup.

Lights up when a pair of headphones are plugged into the PHONES jack.

8Message area

Displays various information.

9Audio input indicators (81)

Indicate the type of audio input that’s selected as the audio source: HDMI, ANALOG, or DIGITAL.

0Volume level (60)

Displays the volume level.

AMUTING indicator (79)

Flashes while the AV receiver is muted.
