When an alarm is triggered, your panel will connect to the SecureNet Digital Monitoring Centre. If your alarm system is unable to contact the SecureNet DIGITAL MONITORING CENTRE it will retry sending the message five times. If still unable to contact the SecureNet DIGITAL MONITORING CENTRE the alarm communication will be discarded. It is therefore important to ensure that your phone line is always connected to your Watchguard Digital.
