Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
If I accidentally set off my system, what should I do?
If you have disarmed your system within 30 seconds of the alarm being accidentally triggered, you do not need to call us.
If you do not know how long the alarm system has been set off for, or if it has been set off for longer than 30 seconds you can telephone the DIGITAL MONITORING CENTRE to inform us of the false alarm. You will need to have your username & voice code ready for verification.
Once you have identified yourself our operator will cease any actions that have been taken if possible.
