Playing back sources from other devices

1 Press [LINE].

Each time you press [LINE], the display changes in the display window as follows.

-“LINE1” for selecting the device connected to the [LINE1 IN] terminal

-“LINE2” for selecting the device connected to the [LINE 2 IN] terminals

-“LINE3 DIGITAL” for selecting the digital audio device connected to the [LINE 3 DIGITAL IN] terminal

2 Start playback on the connected device.3 Adjust the volume or the sound quality for your preference.

NOTE

Refer also to the operation manual for the con- nected device.

An audio signal from a device connected to the [LINE1 IN] terminal is not output via the [LINE1 OUT] terminal.

An audio signal from a device connected to the [LINE 2 IN] terminals is not output via the [LINE 2 OUT] terminals.

An audio signal from a device connected to the [LINE 3 DIGITAL IN] terminal is not output via the [LINE 3 DIGITAL OUT] terminal.

When no device is connected to the [LINE 3 DIGITAL IN] terminal or the power of the con- nected device is off, after “LINE 3 DIGITAL” is selected, the display changes to “LINE 3 UNLOCK”.

Selecting the signal gain

You can select the gain of the signal from the [LINE1 IN] terminal. Use the initial settings for normal operation. If the sound is too small or too loud, change the settings.

1 Press [LINE] repeatedly to select “LINE1” in the display window.2 Press [INPUT LEVEL].

Each time you press [INPUT LEVEL], the display changes as follows.

“INPUT LEVEL1” : the initial setting

“INPUT LEVEL2”

“INPUT LEVEL3”

The signal gain decreases in the order of “INPUT LEVEL1”, “INPUT LEVEL2” and “INPUT LEVEL3”.
