BLocate the divide point.
AConfirm the arrow is on “DIVIDE”. Playback starts in
the left large window.
BPress the appropriate buttons (4, 9, 5, or 3) to
search for the divide point. You can also search for the
divide point by turning and pressing the JOG dial.
CPress OK at the divide point. The first picture (start) of
the newly created programme appears in the right
bottom window.
●To play the first 10 seconds of the newly created programme,
press w e to move the arrow to “PREVIEW”, then press OK.
●To cancel the divide point and set another one, press w e to
move the arrow to “RETRY”, press OK, then perform step B
again.
●While your are editing a programme in DV mode, the
distortion of the picture on the small window (showing the
result of the edition) does not affect the actual edited picture.
CRegister the new programme.
Press w e to move the arrow to “OK”, then press OK.
DReturn to the normal screen.
Press EDIT .
NOTE:
The indexes of programmes in record, registered in the play list,
or recorded using daily/weekly timer recording do not appear in
the list window in step A and you cannot select these
programmes to divide.
