To go to a particular disc directly
Press the number button corresponding to the disc number to start its playback (while the CD changer is playing).
•To select a disc number from 1 – 6: Press 1 (7) – 6 (12) briefly.
•To select a disc number from 7 – 12:
Press and hold 1 (7) – 6 (12) for more than 1
second.

This is possible only when connecting a JVC CD automatic changer equipped with CD Text reading capability.

Selecting CD playback modes
To play back tracks at random (Random Play)
You can play back all tracks of the current disc or of all discs in the CD changer.
1 Press M (mode) while playing a disc. This unit enters the functions mode.
2 Press RND (random) while still in the functions mode, so that “RANDOM1” or “RANDOM2” flashes on the display.
Then, each time you press RND, the random play mode changes as follows:
