Storing DAB services in memory
When you select a source, the power automatically comes on.
Each time you press the button, the source changes as follows:

Storing DAB services in memory

You can preset up to 6 DAB services in each DAB band (DAB 1, DAB 2 and DAB 3) manually.

1 Select the DAB tuner.

AM TUNER (AM) 3 Tune in to an ensemble you want. FM TUNER (FM)

DAB TUNER (DAB)* 4 Select a service of the ensemble CD**

CD CHANGER (CDCH)*

LINE INPUT (LINE)***

AUX INPUT (AUX)*** you want. Back to the beginning

*Without connecting the DAB tuner or CD changer, you cannot select it as the source to play.

**If a disc is not in the loading slot, you cannot select CD as the source to play.

***When “LINE IN” or “AUX IN” is set to “OFF,” you cannot select it as the source to play. (See page 39).

2 Select the DAB band (DAB 1, DAB 2 or DAB 3) you want.

Each time you press the button, the DAB band changes as follows:

3 Tune in to an ensemble you want.

4 Select a service of the ensemble

2Press and hold ¢ Manual background or Manual background 4 to select a service you want.

5 Press and hold the number button (in this example, 1) you want to store the selected service into for more than 2 seconds.

“1” lights up for a while.

6 Repeat the above procedure to store other DAB services into other preset numbers.

Notes:

A previously preset DAB service is erased when a new DAB service is stored in the same preset number.

Preset DAB services are erased when the power supply to the memory circuit is interrupted (for example, during battery replacement). If this occurs, preset the DAB services again.
