Changing the Source Name

You can change the source name of the external component according to the one connected to the unit.

• You cannot change the source names while recording.

On the remote control ONLY:

1 When the source is “LINE*,” press and hold TUNER/LINE until “NAME CHANGE” appears in the main display.

*If you have changed the source name of the external component, the currently selected source name will appear.

2 Press SELECT ¢or SELECT 4to select an appropriate source name.

Each time you press the button, the source name changes as follows:

LINE TAPE DBS VCR TV GAME (back to the beginning)

Ex. When selecting “TAPE”

• To cancel the setting, press CANCEL.

3 Press SET to finish changing the source name.

The selected source name appears in the main display.
