Troubleshooting

Power does not come on.

ZThe power plug is not inserted securely. Plug it in securely.

Unable to operate the System from the remote control.

ZThe path between the remote control and the remote sensor on the center unit is blocked.

ZThe batteries are exhausted.

No sound is heard.

ZThe speaker connections and/or audio cord connections

are incorrect or loose. ( 5, 8, 9) ZHeadphones are connected.

The sound is distorted

ZThe speaker layout ( 6) does not match the speaker

position mode ( 12).

No picture appears on the TV.

ZThe video cord connections are incorrect or loose.

The picture does not fit the TV.

ZThe monitor type is not set correctly. ( 23)

No picture is displayed on the TV, the picture is blurred, or the picture is divided into two parts. ZThe scanning mode is set to the progressive mode even

though the TV connected to the System does not support
