A Receive Setup

For specifying settings related to receiving of audio sent from VN-V26U.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Receive

For specifying whether to receive audio.

 

 

 

Select AOnB to to receive audio.

 

 

 

Note:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A mechanical sound (that sounds when infrared ray filter is being

 

 

 

plugged or unplugged) will sound when black-and-white mode is

 

 

 

been switched. During the period where the sound is active, other

 

 

 

sounds from VN-V26Uwill be muted.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stream

For selecting the stream protocol of the received audio.

 

 

 

When AHTTPB is selected, lost packets are recovered via resending.

 

 

 

When AMulticastB is selected, the audio of VN-V26Umay be monitored

 

 

 

using a multiple number of client PCs. When receiving data via multicast,

 

 

 

start multicast sending on the [Streaming] page of the VN-V26Uunit.

 

 

 

Caution:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

When the built-in viewer is launched with AMulticastB specified, a

 

 

 

Windows firewall warning may appear. In this case, select AunblockB

 

 

 

and proceed.

 

 

 

If AblockB is selected, the Windows firewall will block the multicast

 

 

 

stream and playback of multicast by the viewer will fail.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multicast IP

You can change the multicast IP address.

 

 

Address

The default address is 225.0.3.1

 

 

 

Specify the same value as the parameter that is set on the [Streaming]

 

 

 

page of VN-V26U.(APage 65)

 

 

 

 

 

 

Multicast Port

You can change the multicast port number.

 

 

 

The default port number setting is 39152.

B Speech Setup

For specifying settings for sending audio to VN-V26Ufrom the computer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Destination Port

You can change the destination port for sending audio to VN-V26Ufrom

 

 

 

the computer. The default port number setting is 49298.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Operator

For entering the operator password when sending audio to VN-V26U

from the computer.

 

 

 

 

 

C HTTP Port

You can change the port number that is used to get audio via HTTP. The

 

 

 

default port number setting is 80.

 

 

 

Specify the same value as the parameter that is set on the Protocol page

 

 

 

of VN-V26U. (A Page 63)

 

 

 

 

D OK

Saves the changed settings.

 

 

 

Click the [OK] button to enable the new settings and restart the built-in

 

 

 

viewer after closing the setting window.

 

 

 

 

E Cancel

Cancels the changed settings and closes the setting screen.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note:

Settings of the built-in-viewer are stored in the file named Cookie.
