•Tone (TON)

Press this key to toggle the transceiver audible tones ON and OFF.

•Vibrator (VIB) <TK-5210/ TK-5310 only>

Press and hold this key for 1 second to toggle the vibrator function ON and OFF. When the vibrator is on, the transceiver will vibrate when a call is received.

•VOX (VOX)

Refer to “VOICE OPERATED TRANSMISSION (VOX)” on page 41.

•Zeroize (ZER)

Press and hold this key for the pre-programmed zeroize delay time, to delete the Encryption key.

•Zone Down (ZN▼)

Press this key to decrease the zone number {page 19}.

•Zone Select

Turn the selector clockwise to increase the zone number and counterclockwise to decrease it {page 19}.

•Zone Up (ZN▲)

Press this key to increase the zone number {page 19}.
