OPERATING THE MULTI-COOKER

The Multi-Cooker includes a combination steam basket and roasting rack for multilevel cooking. NOTE: Steam basket and roasting rack can not be used with the optional Stir Tower accessory.

Roasting with the roasting rack

			Sear
1	Lower steam basket/roasting rack into	2	Place ingredients to be roasted on rack.

Steaming with the steam basket

1	Add water to the bottom of the
	cooking pot. For best results, do not

exceed the STEAM level mark (approx. 18 oz./0.5 L).

ingredients to be steamed in basket. Cover with lid. When cooking has finished, remove food with a spoon or tongs.
