The Scanner 900 captures printed characters, handwritten text, and graphics from documents of various sizes (from 2.5 in [64 mm] to 20 in [508 mm] long and from 2.5 in [64 mm] to 12 in [305 mm] wide) and thicknesses (standard documents up to 0.014 in [0.36 mm]; even thicker documents may be scanned using the gap release feature).

The Scanner 923 captures printed characters, handwritten text, and graphics from documents of various sizes (from 2.5 in [64 mm] to 20 in [508 mm] long and from 2.5 in [64 mm] to 12 in [305 mm] wide) and thicknesses (standard documents up to 0.014 inches [0.36 mm]; even thicker documents may be scanned using the gap release feature).
