When returning a KODAK Smart Picture Frame, pack the KODAK Smart Picture Frame in the original packaging materials. A problem report should also be enclosed with the KODAK Smart Picture Frame. If the original packaging materials has been discarded or is not available, packaging will be at the owner's expense.
