12.4.4 Auto Delete Secure Document

Specify the length of time for deleting a secure document after it is saved. (Default: 1 day)

1In the Administrator Settings screen, press [System Settings].

2In the System Settings screen, press [User Box Settings].

3In the User Box Settings screen, press [Auto Delete Secure Document].

4Press the desired button.

%To specify the time manually, press [Time] and then enter the time from the keypad.

5Press [OK].
