Enable Auto-Answer

From Auto answer, select After 5 seconds. The
phone automatically answers after five seconds
with a headset attached.

Enable Open to Answer

From Open to answer, select Enabled to answer
calls by opening the phone.

Enable Any Key

From Any key, select one of the following:
Any key mute to silence calls when you
pressany key except for the Send or
Speakerphone key.
Any key answer to answer calls when you
press any key except for the End, Back, or
Navigation key.
Security
This section describes all the features involved in
securing your phone and preventing access to
personal information. All security features are
shielded by a four-digit lock code (by default the
last 4 digits of your phone number).

Lock phone

Set Lock Phone

With your phone locked, you can call only
emergency numbers or Virgin Mobile’s
customerservice number. You can still
receiveincoming calls.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit
lockcode.
2. Select Lock phone > OK and one of
thefollowing:
– Never leaves the phone always unlocked.
On power up locks the phone every time
you turn it on.
–Now locks the phone immediately.

Unlock the Phone

1. From the main screen, select Unlock.
2. Enter your four-digit lock code.

Change Lock Code

Change your lock code from the default provided
by Virgin Mobile.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit
lockcode.
2. Select Change lock code > Yes.
3. Enter a new four-digit code.
4. Re-enter your new lock code.

Assign Special numbers

Use Special numbers (in case of emergency
numbers) to specify three personal phone
numbers you can call with your phone locked.
1. From Security, enter your four-digit
lockcode.
2. Select Special numbers.
3. Select an Unassigned slot.
