UsingtheUltraNavpointingdevice
YourcomputermaycomewiththeUltraNavpointingdevice.TheUltraNavpointingdeviceconsistsofthe
TrackPointpointingdeviceandthetouchpad,eachofwhichisitselfapointingdevicewithbothbasicand
extendedfunctions.Youcancongurebothdevicesbychoosingthesettingsyouprefer.
SetboththeTrackPointpointingdeviceandthetouchpadaspointingdevices.
ThissettingenablestheuseofallthebasicandextendedfunctionsoftheT rackPointpointingdevice
andthetouchpad.
SettheTrackPointpointingdeviceasthemainpointingdeviceandthetouchpadforextended
functionsonly.
ThissettingenablestheuseofallbasicandextendedfunctionswiththeT rackPointpointingdevicewhile
limitingtheuseofthetouchpadtoscrolling,tapzones,andslow-motionpointerfunctions.
SetthetouchpadasthemainpointingdeviceandtheTrackPointpointingdevicefortheextended
functionsonly.
Thissettingenablestheuseofallbasicandextendedfunctionswiththetouchpadwhilelimitingthe
useoftheTrackPointtoscrollingandMagnifyingGlassfunctions.
SettheTrackPointpointingdeviceasthemainpointingdevice,anddisablethetouchpad.
Setthetouchpadasthemainpointingdevice,anddisabletheTrackPointpointingdevice.
ChangingtheUltraNavpointingdevicesettings
OntheUltraNavtaboftheMousePr opertieswindow,youcanchangeyourUltraNavpointingdevice
settingsbyclickingStartControlPanelHardwareandSoundMouseUltraNav.
