Printing

Printing a document

1Load paper. For more information, see “Loading paper into the paper support” on page 27.

2With the document open, click File Æ Print.

If you want to change print settings, see “Changing print settings” on page 33.

3Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup, and select the “I Want To” menu to select a print wizard for a project such as printing an envelope or a banner.

4From the Wizard, click OK.

5From Print Properties, click OK.

6From the Print dialog, click Print.

2Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup to customize print settings.
